CNC Operator/Programmer (Weekend - Night Shift)

Location: Pasadena, TX, USA. Full-time onsite role on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 6:00 pm to 6:00 am.

Compensation: USD 27–31 per hour.

What you will do

• Set up and operate lathes, mills, and CNC machines safely and efficiently, including multiple machines when required.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production program issues on the shop floor.
• Develop offline CNC programs for critical paths and production bottlenecks.
• Support new product introductions and project-related programming activities.
• Improve programming efficiency to optimize cycle times, increase throughput, and maximize machine utilization.
• Document manufacturing activities, follow work orders and technical instructions, and train or assist other CNC setup operators.

Requirements

• Proficiency in EIA G-code editing and Mazatrol programming/editing.
• Experience with Mazak milling machines and knowledge of EdgeCam or Fusion 360.
• High School Diploma or equivalent education.
• Proficiency in metalworking and ability to use shop mathematics, charts, and tables.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally, manage changing priorities, and work flexible hours or overtime as needed.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English. Ability to meet the physical requirements, including lifting and carrying up to 40 pounds.

Nice to have

• Associate or technical degree.
• Three or more years of manufacturing industry experience.
