Manager, Global Transparency Reporting - EMEA (MedTech)

Location: Pefki, Attiki, Greece, with the role available at major J&J locations across EMEA, including Ireland, the Netherlands, Belgium, Spain, Italy, France, Germany, the UAE, Sweden, Portugal, Switzerland, Greece, and the United Kingdom.

Base pay: €52,500–€89,240 annually, plus an annual bonus and location-dependent benefits.

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end global transparency reporting, including planning, data collection, validation, submissions, corrections, reconciliations, and data quality reviews.
• Lead governance activities covering reporting methodologies, control frameworks, risk assessments, audit readiness, and remediation plans.
• Lead, coach, and develop the reporting team while managing workload balance, resource allocation, succession planning, and capability development.
• Monitor transparency regulations and industry codes, translating changes into reporting requirements and advising Health Care Compliance, Legal, Finance, Business Technology, and regional stakeholders.
• Drive process, system, reporting, automation, analytics, visualization, testing, implementation, and change management improvements.
• Oversee reporting insights, knowledge documentation, training programs, and stakeholder communications.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 5–7 years of experience in Health Care Compliance or a related compliance, regulatory, quality, or finance function.
• Experience managing recurring, complex compliance or regulatory reporting processes and supporting operational excellence or process improvement initiatives.
• Strong analytical, communication, interpersonal, influencing, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with databases, reporting tools, quantitative analysis, and advanced Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills are required.
• Up to 5% domestic and international travel is required.

Nice to have

• Certification in compliance, risk management, data analytics, project management, or process excellence, such as CCEP-I, PMP, or Lean Six Sigma.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry and with transparency disclosures such as EFPIA, MedTech Europe, or CMS Open Payments.
• Experience designing or implementing systems and tools, supporting audits or regulatory inspections, and working with global, multicultural teams.
• Experience with Alteryx, Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, SQL, Power Platform, SharePoint, or similar analytics and automation technologies.
• Understanding of AI concepts, responsible and ethical AI practices, and effective prompt creation.
