What you will do

• Design, enhance, and maintain a group-wide Compliance Management System aligned with corporate guidelines and adaptable to local requirements.
• Strengthen decentralized compliance governance, Compliance Committees, reporting, and escalation structures.
• Conduct annual compliance risk assessments, create risk heat maps, and prioritize mitigation measures.
• Lead and support compliance investigations in collaboration with the Head of Compliance and Corporate Audit.
• Roll out global compliance training through digital learning platforms and implement centralized monitoring and assurance audits.
• Support compliance technology development and cross-functional initiatives, including M&A-related integration activities.

Requirements

• University degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field focused on Compliance, Risk, or Governance; a master’s degree is desirable.
• Several years of professional experience in compliance, governance, or risk management within an international or matrix organization.
• Hands-on experience with compliance frameworks, risk assessments, investigations, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.
• Strategic, pragmatic, solution-oriented approach with strong execution skills.
• Strong communication skills for addressing sensitive topics and collaborating across functions and seniority levels.
• Fluent German and English at C1 level are required.
