Logistics Specialist (Supply Chain)

Location: Onsite at the Dynapower site in South Burlington, Vermont, United States

Base salary: $62,080–$85,360 per year

What you will do

• Analyze product delivery and supply chain processes to identify improvements and recommend effective changes.
• Maintain reliable, accurate logistics data and produce reports on suppliers, transportation costs, and other logistics activities.
• Prepare forecasts and estimates to support cost-effective decisions and cash flow planning.
• Schedule inbound and outbound shipments and manage relationships with freight forwarders and third-party logistics providers.
• Manage shipping documentation and support compliance with global trade and transportation regulations.
• Collaborate with managers, suppliers, external customers, and internal stakeholders to resolve logistics issues and improve performance.

Requirements

• University degree, such as a bachelor's degree, or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Experience handling multiple competing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, organization, planning, and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, with high ethical standards and personal accountability.
• Eligibility to obtain authorization under ITAR and/or EAR is required; non-US persons may not be eligible.
