General Manager (Medical)

What you will do

• Develop and execute business strategies aligned with corporate goals to drive growth, profitability, and operational excellence.
• Oversee operations across multiple departments and ensure collaboration with company standards.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, P&L performance, and net sales targets.
• Build and lead a high-performing management team while supporting future leadership development.
• Strengthen relationships with customers, suppliers, and regulatory authorities.
• Improve operational processes, customer satisfaction, compliance, and business continuity.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
• At least 6 years of senior leadership experience in a moderately complex organization.
• 12+ years of operational management experience across multiple functional areas.
• Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management.
• Knowledge of industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory requirements.
• Fluent English is required; additional languages are advantageous.
