What you will do

• Lead the day-to-day operations of broadcast and digital sales teams.
• Develop and execute strategies to grow local, new-business, and digital revenue.
• Drive new business development and cultivate client relationships with Account Executives.
• Manage sales inventory, revenue forecasting, budgets, expenditures, and Accounts Receivable.
• Recruit, train, evaluate, and develop sales professionals.
• Make decisions regarding hiring, promotion, evaluation, and termination.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Mass Communications, or a related field, or equivalent education and work experience.
• Three to five years of media sales experience.
• Fluency in English.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Experience guiding, motivating, coaching, and mentoring personnel, and setting and monitoring performance standards.

Nice to have

• Experience with Wide Orbit Traffic, Strata, Matrix, and comScore.
