Manager, Digital Product Management (Salesforce)

Salary: USD $90,000–$135,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead product management for technology solutions that enable client-facing representatives.
• Develop product roadmaps, priorities, success metrics, and outcomes aligned with business and user needs.
• Partner with technology and product teams to design and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions, including reporting, integrations, and platform enhancements.
• Collaborate with business leaders, UX/UI partners, marketers, service teams, and product managers to deliver digital experiences.
• Gather user feedback, analyze business outcomes, and drive continuous improvements in adoption and operational efficiency.
• Present product recommendations, updates, and strategic initiatives to leadership.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of Salesforce and/or product management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience managing digital products, platforms, or technology solutions.
• Ability to influence stakeholders, prioritize effectively, solve problems, and translate business objectives into product roadmaps.
• Excellent written, verbal, presentation, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with technology, business, marketing, service, and design teams.

Nice to have

• Experience in financial services, wealth management, banking, or related industries.
• Salesforce platform knowledge and experience driving platform enhancements.
• Experience defining OKRs, success metrics, and product performance measurements.
• Familiarity with Agile product development methodologies.
• Experience working closely with UX/UI teams to improve digital experiences.
