Location: Bluffdale, Utah, United States; on-site. United States citizenship and an active TS/SCI security clearance with an agency-appropriate polygraph are required.

Hourly pay: $49.25–$118.30, before benefits. The position is also eligible for a $5,000 bonus, including a 20% SEP IRA contribution.

What you will do

• Implement, troubleshoot, maintain, monitor, and operate client/server, storage, network, and mobile IT systems.
• Provide Tier 1 help desk and Tier 2 escalation support, including diagnosis, resolution, ticket analysis, and user assistance.
• Manage the daily configuration and operation of IT systems, including dispatch systems and related hardware.
• Configure and manage Linux, UNIX, Windows, and other applicable operating systems.
• Configure network components, install operating system software, and implement enhancements that improve reliability and performance.
• Support system design, mission architecture, associated hardware, capacity planning, and complex server, application, and software integration troubleshooting.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI security clearance with an agency-appropriate polygraph.
• United States citizenship.
• Ten years of system administration experience on programs or contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.
• A bachelor's degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university, or five additional years of system administration experience in lieu of the degree.
• Working knowledge of system administration interdependencies within service-oriented architecture.
