What you will do

• Provide onsite end-user and technical support for enlisted personnel.
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot desktop operating systems, software applications, computers, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
• Set up and maintain user accounts, permissions, and passwords.
• Respond to support tickets and requests, escalating complex issues to other IT teams.
• Maintain hardware inventory and software license records, and support asset management for onsite devices.
• Educate end users on basic troubleshooting and technology best practices.

Requirements

• Current CompTIA Security+ certification or an equivalent DoD baseline certification.
• At least two years of experience supporting Windows desktops, laptops, PCs, and other devices.
• Security clearance is required; an interim clearance is acceptable.
• IT education is preferred.
• Experience with ServiceNow is a plus.
