Digital Consulting Manager (Oracle Cloud HCM)

Location: Toronto, Canada — 55 University Ave. Full-time role with travel of up to 50% to client or internal project sites.

What you will do

• Plan, shape, and deliver technology solutions aligned with client goals.
• Lead end-to-end cloud implementation projects involving Oracle Cloud HCM Time & Labor and Absence.
• Build long-term client relationships and identify opportunities for value creation.
• Collaborate with clients and internal project teams to solve complex business challenges.
• Coach, mentor, and develop junior engagement team members.
• Travel up to 50% as needed for client and project team work.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 5–7 years of related consulting experience with cloud implementations.
• Required: hands-on experience with the Oracle Cloud HCM Time & Labor and Absence modules.
• End-to-end implementation experience with Cloud ERP, EPM, CRM, or Data Management solutions.
• Strong written and verbal communication, relationship-building, coaching, and leadership skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Nice to have

• Experience testing and modifying Fast Formulas.
• Experience supporting Fast Formulas by reviewing and resolving issues.
