Management Consulting Manager, Technology Performance

Location: Toronto, Canada

Salary: $98,000–$167,000 per year, plus discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.

What you will do

• Advise industrial-sector clients on digital transformation, digital strategy, technology assessments, roadmaps, and emerging technologies.
• Help CIOs optimize IT departments, capabilities, processes, and enterprise technology environments.
• Manage project plans, assignments, stakeholder relationships, performance monitoring, and user acceptance testing.
• Evaluate business processes, prioritize initiatives, and develop and implement improvement solutions.
• Lead, train, coach, and guide junior staff while facilitating workshops and communicating recommendations to clients and management.
• Build internal and external relationships and identify opportunities to develop consulting engagements.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in process intelligence, digital transformation, and/or software management, preferably in a platform-agnostic environment.
• Consulting experience with digital adoption, automation, efficiency improvements, technology implementation, and SaaS/cloud migrations.
• Knowledge of ERP, CRM, CPM, enterprise architecture, IT application lifecycles, and general IT controls.
• Experience developing target operating models, preparing detailed reports, and delivering presentations.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, problem-solving, planning, organization, and time-management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree and willingness to travel up to 50% throughout North America.

Nice to have

• COBIT, ITIL, PMP, or TOGAF certification.
• Experience with private equity and/or M&A transactions.
• Industry exposure in industrials, business and professional services, real estate, TMT, consumer products, or life sciences.
• Experience with Microsoft Project, Visio, PowerPoint, Word, Microsoft SQL, and/or Access.
