Management Consulting Senior Associate, Ops & Supply Chain

Location: Toronto, Canada; willingness and ability to travel 50%+

Compensation range: CAD 68,000–108,500 annually, plus eligibility for a discretionary performance-based bonus.

What you will do

• Analyze client operations and industry data to identify business drivers, root causes, and improvement opportunities.
• Design and implement practical solutions across demand planning, supply planning, inventory, procurement, manufacturing, quality, logistics, and distribution.
• Support client engagements through interviews, workshops, process mapping, data analysis, and project management.
• Communicate recommendations and results to engagement teams, client employees, C-suite executives, and private equity partners.
• Contribute to business development, proposals, networking, and marketing content.
• Support engagement economics, including budgeting, pricing, margin management, billing, and risk management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• At least 2 years of professional consulting or relevant industry experience.
• Strong critical thinking, business process mapping, data analysis, communication, organization, and project management skills.
• Ability to solve complex business problems, work through ambiguity, and operate independently and collaboratively.
• Client service and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness and ability to travel 50% or more.

Nice to have

• APICS certification, including CPIM or CSCP.
• Experience with Power BI, Alteryx, SQL, or Python.
• PMP or Lean Six Sigma certification.
• Experience with AI-driven process automation, demand forecasting, optimization, or GenAI solutions.
