Healthtech Consultant (Oracle Health)

What you will do

• Deliver Oracle Health consulting and administrative computer services for healthcare clients.
• Apply technical expertise to system builds, troubleshoot issues, and recommend solutions.
• Analyze, document, and optimize clinical and operational workflows.
• Mentor client project teams on project approaches and system build strategies.
• Track and document project risks and issues while supporting project leadership with facilitation, documentation, and status reporting.
• Lead meetings covering project status, deliverables, and coordination of work products.

Requirements

• At least three years of hands-on Oracle Health EHR implementation and/or support experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly.
• Strong organization, prioritization, scheduling, and deadline-management skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly to new project environments, client organizations, stakeholders, workplace policies, and changing travel or living arrangements.
• Ability and willingness to mentor and support the development of others.
• Professionalism, accountability, ethical behavior, and a strong work ethic.

Nice to have

• Experience with Oracle Health optimization initiatives.
• Project management or project coordination experience.
• PMP certification for project management or leadership-focused assignments.
