Project Manager - Healthcare Data Migration

Location: Santa Monica, California, United States

W-2 hourly pay rate: $55–$70 per hour, based on experience.

hirify.global is partnering with a healthtech company on a focused legacy data archive migration within a healthcare SaaS environment.

What you will do

• Build and manage the migration project plan, including timelines, milestones, dependencies, deliverables, and RACI.
• Coordinate IT, Security and Compliance, Legal, Professional Services, vendors, and the OneSecure implementation team.
• Manage project communications, status reporting, risks, issues, dependencies, and executive escalations.
• Oversee data validation and reconciliation between the legacy environment and OneSecure.
• Develop cutover, go-live, contingency, and rollback plans.
• Drive audit documentation, stakeholder sign-off, and legacy system decommissioning through project close-out.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing data migrations, infrastructure initiatives, or similarly complex technical projects.
• Direct experience with OneSecure or a comparable secure data archiving, governance, or migration platform.
• Experience managing HIPAA-regulated healthcare data and working in SaaS, enterprise technology, or healthcare technology environments.
• Experience coordinating external vendors, implementation partners, and third-party technology platforms.
• Strong project management skills covering schedules, dependencies, risks, issues, stakeholder alignment, and executive communication.
• Experience with Jira, Asana, Smartsheet, Confluence, or comparable tools, plus hybrid Agile and Waterfall delivery.

• Prior OneSecure implementation experience.
• Healthcare or health IT SaaS experience.
• HITRUST audit or compliance experience.
• Data governance or archiving technology experience.
• PMP, CAPM, or equivalent project management certification.
