Electrician (PLC/Allen Bradley)

Location: Menomonie, Wisconsin, United States; onsite at a manufacturing facility

Starting wage: $36.02 per hour plus shift differential; $7,500 sign-on bonus and potential quarterly performance bonus.

What you will do

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial electrical systems in a manufacturing environment.
• Investigate and resolve electrical, mechanical, and operational issues using structured problem-solving methods.
• Install and wire motors, switch panels, fuse boxes, and power circuits.
• Create and update layouts of electrical circuits and components.
• Apply PLC programming expertise and work with Allen Bradley systems, VFDs, and 4–20 mA circuits.
• Perform preventative maintenance to reduce downtime and improve workplace safety.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent and trade school certification.
• At least 3 years of industrial electrician experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents.
• Hands-on experience with Allen Bradley technology, PLC hardware and software, AC/DC circuits, and 440 MCCs.
• Strong commitment to high safety standards.

Nice to have

• Experience writing code and working with Logix 5, Logix 500, and Studio 5000.
