Location: Onsite in Spokane Valley, Washington, United States. Swing shift: 2:30pm–11:00pm, with occasional weekends, holidays, and overtime.
Salary: $30.00–$35.00 per hour, depending on experience, plus a 6% shift differential, discretionary bonus, and stock options.

What you will do
- Troubleshoot, repair, replace, and maintain electrical components including motors, starters, VFDs, relays, and sensors.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on high-speed production equipment.
- Support PLC and HMI troubleshooting by monitoring I/O status, reading ladder logic, and tracing control-circuit faults.
- Install, test, and replace temperature sensors, heat controllers, actuators, modulating valves, and 4–20 mA/0–10 V control components.
- Read electrical schematics, single-line diagrams, P&IDs, and equipment manuals to diagnose wiring and component issues.
- Diagnose basic mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues; operate lifts safely and document work orders, parts, and equipment history in the CMMS.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of industrial electrical maintenance experience in manufacturing or continuous production.
- Working knowledge of PLC systems, including Allen-Bradley and Siemens, with the ability to navigate software and troubleshoot I/O signals.
- Experience with heat-control loops, SCRs, thermocouples, electrical actuators, three-phase motors, VFDs, control panels, and industrial sensors.
- Proficiency with digital multimeters, megohmmeters, and hand tools; basic knowledge of mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic drive systems.
- High school diploma or GED plus technical certification, electrical apprenticeship coursework, or equivalent experience.
- Valid driver’s license and basic personal hand tools required; ability to work independently and escalate complex control issues.
