Licensed Practical Nurse - Manchester Urology - Per Diem

Location: Manchester - MOB (Suite 200), United States. Per diem day shift; the practice is open Monday through Thursday from 8:15 am to 5:00 pm and Friday from 8:15 am to 4:00 pm.

• Deliver care to patients and families with needs ranging from basic to complex.
• Create a therapeutic and caring environment for patients and families.
• Involve patients and families in goal setting and care planning.
• Communicate care plans with patients, families, and colleagues to support continuity across shifts and settings.
• Use evidence and specialty standards to guide practice and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Apply clinical decision-making and critical-thinking skills in daily practice.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred.
• New Hampshire Registered Nurse or Compact State Registered Nurse license required.
• Ability to obtain BLS qualification during orientation and maintain it throughout employment.
• ACLS certification preferred.
