EAI - Technical Lead, Systems and DevOps

What you will do

• Lead evaluation, design, analysis, and refinement of enterprise application integration platforms, processes, and delivery models.
• Design scalable, reusable, and future-proof solutions across cloud technologies, application platforms, protocols, and services.
• Govern solution delivery to ensure alignment with architectural frameworks, assurance, compliance, and enterprise standards.
• Manage integration capability portfolios, identify legacy technology and technical debt, and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with product owners, project managers, architects, developers, infrastructure engineers, and external partners.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship, resolve root-cause issues, and support major transformation initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, MIS, engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
• 12+ years of overall professional IT experience, including 10+ years designing, coding, and implementing data and application integration solutions.
• 10+ years of scripting and programming experience with Python, Bash/Shell, or PowerShell for task automation.
• 7+ years of CI/CD and automation experience; Jenkins experience is required, while AWS Code Pipeline is preferred.
• Deep AWS knowledge covering compute, storage, databases, containers, serverless, and cloud-native solutions, plus monitoring and observability.
• Experience with service-oriented architecture, ESB, web services, integration principles, security and networking protocols, and holistic enterprise architecture design.

Nice to have

• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as CloudFormation or Terraform.
• Experience with cloud-native and AI-driven solutions.
• Experience in regulated healthcare and FDA design control requirements.
• Customer-facing experience in technical support, consulting, or solutions architecture.
