Focus on operating RIS and PACS systems, reviewing physician orders, supporting patient transport, and maintaining ALARA and HIPAA compliance.

Location: Nashua, New Hampshire, United States. Full-time day shift with on-site patient care and imaging duties.

What you will do

  • Perform diagnostic radiology examinations, including trauma and orthopedic imaging.
  • Review patient information and reconcile physician requests with ordered examinations.
  • Complete consents and questionnaires, inspect images for quality, and submit completed images to radiologists.
  • Transport patients to and from Immediate Care while maintaining compassionate, patient-centered care.
  • Use RIS and PACS, assist with training or monitoring new personnel, and complete related duties.
  • Follow HIPAA requirements and ALARA radiation-safety guidelines, including the proper use of lead shielding and patient-safety equipment.

Requirements

  • Graduate from an AMA-approved Radiology Technology program or equivalent.
  • Eligible for ARRT(R) certification within one year of hire.
  • Licensed by the New Hampshire Board of Medical Imaging, the Massachusetts State Board as a Radiologic Technologist, or both depending on the work location.
  • Ability to operate imaging technology systems, multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to provide compassionate, professional patient care.

Nice to have

  • 1–2 years of radiology experience.
