What you will do

  • Support Imaging, Navigation, and Robotics products and affiliated services for hospitals, customers, and internal and external labs.
  • Provide hands-on education for surgeons, operating-room staff, administrators, and Globus peers during installations, cadaver labs, bio-skill labs, and on-site training.
  • Attend procedures, prepare patients for radiologic imaging, and promote patient safety, comfort, and compliance with radiologic requirements.
  • Train users on radiologic equipment operation, positioning, exposure controls, image acquisition, radiation safety, and troubleshooting.
  • Support installations and drive consistent product utilization during the first 90 days.
  • Collaborate with capital and implant sales teams to identify targets, cultivate surgeon support, develop key opinion leaders, and grow market awareness.

Requirements

  • Radiology background with current certifications.
  • At least 4 years of clinical support or relevant healthcare-industry experience; spine experience is a plus.
  • Knowledge of the operating-room environment and experience training others on radiologic equipment.
  • Ability to collaborate, influence, and build relationships with surgeons, hospital staff, clinical teams, and sales teams.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 85%; current ARRT certification preferred.
