TL;DR

Sr. Director, Alliances (LegalTech): Leading hirify.global’s global alliances strategy and accelerating revenue growth through an ecosystem of legal tech focused value-added resellers with an accent on scaling hirify.global’s reach in mature markets and within emerging remote regions. Focus on driving co-sell motions with partners, developing joint GTM plans, and accelerating partner-sourced opportunities.

Location: USA

Salary: $250,000 to $370,000 OTE

What you will do

  • Develop and execute a global Alliances expansion plan aligned to hirify.global’s enterprise SaaS growth goals.
  • Recruit, onboard, and grow a network of resellers, distributors, and service partners with a focus on delivering high-value services.
  • Drive co-sell motions with partners, develop joint GTM plans, and accelerate partner-sourced opportunities.
  • Lead partner-led expansion in key growth regions including APAC, Latin America, and EMEA developing markets.
  • Own global partner revenue targets and report performance, health, and forecast through clear KPIs.
  • Champion hirify.global’s innovation story with partners, helping them understand and articulate the value of hirify.global’s AI-enhanced legal platform.

Requirements

  • 7-10+ years’ experience in global Alliances management, including ownership of indirect revenue growth in enterprise SaaS organizations.
  • Proven success building and scaling partner ecosystems in emerging and remote markets.
  • Deep understanding of modern VAR models, services monetization, and partner certification frameworks.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive predictable growth through partner-led sales motions.
  • Exceptional communicator and collaborator, comfortable working across cultures and time zones.
  • Must be based in California, Colorado, Connecticut, Illinois, Maryland, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Rhode Island, or Washington.

  • Familiarity with the legal tech landscape is a strong plus.
