Finance Manager (Medtech)

Location: Hybrid in Bogotá, Colombia; available to candidates currently living in El Salvador or willing to move

What you will do

• Manage treasury, accounting, tax, and procurement functions in line with corporate and Group standards.
• Develop and monitor financial KPIs and provide actionable reports to senior management.
• Oversee internal and external audits, including local tax, regulatory, and Group compliance.
• Improve financial systems, processes, and controls to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
• Lead, coach, and develop the finance team while fostering continuous learning.

Requirements

• At least five years of experience in finance or accounting.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of financial statement analysis and internal control management.
• Experience managing finance or accounting teams.
• Excellent communication, influencing, analytical, proactive, and results-oriented skills.

Nice to have

• Postgraduate degree or MBA.
• Fluency in English.
