I2C DS Sr Manager (Finance)

Location: Hybrid role based in Bogotá, Distrito Capital, Colombia; shifts may be required to align with global assignments.

What you will do

• Manage day-to-day end-to-end Invoice to Cash operations, including cash applications, credit management, collections, and disputes.
• Lead direct and indirect teams in delivering performance targets for DSO, accounts receivable aging, write-offs, residual debit accounts, unapplied cash, and other KPIs.
• Provide direction and collections strategies for the regional GI2C collections portfolio.
• Partner with Finance, Customer Service, Logistics, FP&A, Pricing, Commercial, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and deliver commitments.
• Manage customer inquiries and dispute escalations while improving cash flow and minimizing financial risk.
• Drive process compliance, change leadership, automation, performance management, and talent development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in accounting or finance.
• 8–12 years of work experience, with 4–7 years of management or supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience presenting results and strategies to senior leadership and influencing business decisions.
• Strong communication, financial analysis, risk management, regulatory compliance, and team leadership capabilities.
• Ability to work shifts when needed to support global assignments.

Nice to have

• CPA, CMA, MBA, or other financial certification.
• Experience in a BPO or shared services center within a multinational or local company.
• Digital or intelligent automation experience.
