A2R DS Sr. Manager (Accounting)

Location: Hybrid role based in Bogotá, Colombia, Raynham, Massachusetts, West Chester, Pennsylvania, Raritan, New Jersey, Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, or Warsaw, Indiana. Requires up to 10–20% international travel and flexibility to work shifts aligned with global or regional responsibilities.

What you will do

• Lead accounting and daily operations for the global Account to Report process area.
• Manage timely financial close and execution of reporting periods in line with closing calendars and service-level commitments.
• Ensure the completeness, accuracy, and validity of actuals within the assigned process and entity scope.
• Lead an accounting organization of approximately 30 or more associates and managers, supporting development, succession planning, and performance management.
• Maintain compliance with applicable laws, internal audit requirements, SOX controls, worldwide procedures, and internal control standards.
• Drive continuous improvement, organizational change, process transformation, and cross-region alignment with stakeholders, auditors, and legal authorities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business discipline.
• At least 10 years of professional experience, including at least 5 years in a manager role within a shared services or BPO organization.
• Experience managing large teams of approximately 30 or more people.
• Experience in a global Account to Report function within a multinational company and in multiple work migrations.
• Demonstrated experience leading continuous improvement, organizational transformation, or process transformation.
• Fluent English and willingness to work flexible shifts supporting the Americas, EMEA, or Asia.

Nice to have

• CPA, CMA, MBA, or another financial certification.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP accounting.
• Digital or intelligent automation capabilities.
• Additional language skills.
