Cluster Finance Manager (MedTech)

Location: Bogotá, Colombia; travel up to 10% domestically and internationally within LATAM.

What you will do

• Lead month-, quarter-, and year-end close activities and ensure accurate financial statements.
• Own Trial Balance, Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and BS-75 reviews and reporting.
• Ensure SOX compliance and support internal and external audits.
• Act as a strategic finance advisor to business and senior leaders across the Americas.
• Provide analysis for planning, forecasting, performance management, M&A activities, and strategic projects.
• Lead and develop a high-performing Latin American finance team while driving process improvements and technology transformation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 8+ years of progressive finance experience, including shared services and commercial finance.
• 3+ years of people management experience.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and experience with financial reporting, internal controls, and SOX compliance.
• Professional communication skills in Spanish and English are required.
• Experience leading through influence in multinational, multicultural, and matrixed organizations.

Nice to have

• MBA, CPA, CMA, or equivalent advanced degree.
• Knowledge of local LATAM accounting standards.
• Experience with SAP, TM1, BRAVO, and other financial systems.
• Portuguese proficiency.
• Understanding of AI concepts, responsible AI practices, and effective prompt generation.
