Senior Software Engineer, AI Data Application (AI)

Location: Seattle, United States; fully in-person schedule up to 5 days a week

Salary: $177,688–$341,734 annually, with potential discretionary bonuses, incentives, and restricted stock units.

What you will do

• Design and develop 0-to-1 AI-driven internal products, including automated SQL generation, conversational RAG systems, and intelligent on-call diagnosis bots.
• Analyze Meego workflows, identify manual bottlenecks, and build self-service tools for non-technical stakeholders.
• Integrate Meego into the feature release pipeline to support data-informed decisions and reduce operational risks during global deployments.
• Provide high-precision data and tooling support for Legal, Finance, HR, and Government Relations.
• Partner with Global Partners and T&P teams to platformize AI pilots such as automated A/B experiment reporting and resource allocation systems.

Requirements

• BS or MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of software development experience with a strong background in backend systems or platform engineering.
• Proficiency in at least one core programming language: Python, Go, Java, or C++.
• Experience building or deploying LLM-based agents, RAG systems, or time-series forecasting models is preferred.
• Experience developing internal productivity tools, automated reporting pipelines, data discovery assistants, or related platforms is preferred.
• Experience as a Technical Lead, mentoring junior engineers, and leading 0-to-1 initiatives from conception to production is preferred.
