Night Shift Supervisor, Production (Manufacturing)

Location: Bardstown, Kentucky, United States; onsite, B shift, 12-hour nights, 7:00 PM–7:00 AM on a 2-2-3 schedule

What you will do

• Direct and supervise production personnel to achieve efficient and effective operations.
• Maintain a safe working environment by auditing conditions, addressing unsafe behavior, reporting incidents, and enforcing safety policies.
• Execute production priorities according to the work schedule and customer demand.
• Manage plant-floor activities and improve the utilization of materials and labor.
• Respond to quality and personnel issues involving parts and processes.
• Facilitate continuous improvement and employee engagement activities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is also listed.
• 3–5 years of relevant work experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in a formal leadership position.
• Availability for the B shift: 7:00 PM–7:00 AM on a 2-2-3 schedule.
