Salary in Las Vegas: $70,000–$94,000 annually

What you will do

• Conduct analyses and develop design options or recommendations for power-related projects.
• Prepare engineering drawing packages, cost estimates, project specifications, and other project deliverables.
• Perform field work, calculations, analysis, and design for overhead and underground distribution system improvements.
• Prepare materials supporting land acquisition, permitting, and construction.
• Complete routine engineering assignments and work independently on small projects.
• Support senior engineers and collaborate with Project Engineers, EITs, Designers, and BIM Specialists on larger projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• Computer skills in Microsoft Office.
• Commitment to active participation in an employee-owned culture.
• Work involves field assignments and project activities in the listed United States locations.

Nice to have

• Engineer in Training (EIT) certificate.
• Candidates without an EIT may be hired under the Design Coordinator job code and expected to obtain the certificate for career progression.
