Financial Analyst, FP&A Intl (MedTech)

Location: Hybrid role associated with Bogotá, Colombia, and Raynham, Massachusetts, United States; up to 10% domestic or international travel may be required.

Johnson & Johnson MedTech develops healthcare and medical technology solutions, with the Orthopaedics business planned to become the standalone DePuy Synthes company.

What you will do

• Support budgets, forecasts, outlooks, and short- and long-term financial planning for international operations.
• Prepare and interpret P&L, cost, pricing, expense, revenue, and working-capital analyses.
• Perform variance analysis against plans, forecasts, and prior periods, identifying and communicating key drivers.
• Build financial models and scenario analyses for business initiatives, investments, and market changes.
• Assess inflation, interest rates, foreign exchange, and other economic factors affecting performance.
• Prepare management reports, dashboards, and ad hoc analyses while collaborating with regional and functional partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in financial planning, analysis, accounting, or a related area.
• Knowledge of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Strong analytical, communication, and prioritization skills, with the ability to translate data into clear insights.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and standard financial reporting tools.
• English is required.

Nice to have

• MBA or master’s degree.
• Experience supporting international or regional business units and exposure to financial modeling or scenario analysis.
• Familiarity with SAP, Hyperion, Anaplan, or other ERP and financial planning tools.
• Experience in MedTech, healthcare, or another regulated industry.
• CPA, CFA, or similar certification.
