Senior Business Analyst Salesforce Commerce Cloud

Overview

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be involved in the entire lifecycle of e-commerce projects, including gathering requirements, designing journeys, supporting technical teams, and interacting with key account clients. You will work on innovative solutions focused on customer experience, omnichannel commerce, and intelligent data exploitation.

What you will do

• Gather and analyze business requirements.
• Design personalized customer journeys on Salesforce Commerce Cloud (B2C or B2B).
• Facilitate functional workshops with stakeholders.
• Write user stories and track the backlog.
• Coordinate project teams (technical, design, data).
• Participate in the validation of deliverables, testing, and change management.

Requirements

• Confirmed experience (4 to 7 years) in digital, e-commerce, or CRM projects.
• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Commerce Cloud (B2C or B2B).
• Skills in functional management, workshop facilitation, and deliverable writing.
• Sense of collaboration, rigor, and autonomy.
• Comfortable interpersonal skills and customer orientation.
• Professional proficiency in English (oral and written).
