Strategy & Business Analyst Intern

Location: Paris, France; hybrid working mode

hirify.global is a community-based travel platform for carpooling and bus travel, expanding into train services across 21 countries.

What you will do

• Analyze the key levers affecting carpooling and train performance and recommend operational improvements.
• Build trusted relationships with business teams to identify needs, challenges, and opportunities.
• Improve the reporting framework and deliver reports using Tableau.
• Support the Western Europe team with ad-hoc strategic analyses.
• Develop ESG analytical tools in collaboration with the Sustainability Manager.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a business or engineering school and seeking a six-month internship starting in January 2027.
• One to two previous internships in consulting, finance, business intelligence, or another relevant analytical role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with confidence working with numbers and synthesizing data.
• Excellent communication skills and solid knowledge of spreadsheets and presentation software such as Google Slides.
• Full working proficiency in English is required.
• An internship agreement from a school or university is mandatory.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of French.
• Proficiency in Tableau and SQL, or willingness to learn.
