Implementation Analyst

Location: Office - Paris, France

Provides a SaaS platform and service model for client accounting, compliance monitoring, performance measurement, risk analysis, and reporting.

What you will do

• Support the onboarding and implementation of new clients onto the SaaS platform.
• Manage relationships with clients and internal stakeholders throughout implementation projects.
• Assess client requirements and help customize solutions for accounting, compliance, performance, risk, and reporting needs.
• Conduct client training sessions on effective use of the platform.
• Communicate project status, issues, and risks, escalating concerns to the Project Manager when needed.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and provide implementation consultancy aligned with project plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Beginner-level Excel skills, including basic formulas and formatting.
• Strong accounting knowledge and understanding of basic accounting rules.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent attention to detail, documentation, communication, organizational, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work from the Paris office.

Nice to have

• Understanding of SQL and relational database concepts.
• Knowledge of securities or financial markets, including derivatives, alternatives, structured products, or fixed income.
