Associate Member of Technical Staff (BMC Firmware)

What you will do

• Support BMC firmware integration, validation, and debugging for server platforms.
• Participate in platform bring-up, feature verification, and BIOS/BMC functionality testing.
• Execute firmware and hardware validation plans, analyze results, and maintain engineering documentation.
• Troubleshoot system, firmware, and hardware issues in collaboration with ODM partners, vendors, and engineering teams.
• Track issues, verify corrective actions, investigate customer problems, and support product qualification.
• Develop basic automation scripts and tools to improve validation efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
• 0–3 years of experience in firmware development, validation, system integration, or related engineering work.
• Basic knowledge of Linux operating systems and command-line environments.
• Familiarity with C++ programming and shell scripting.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Successful background and reference checks and satisfactory proof of the right to work in Taiwan are required.

• Understanding of computer architecture, embedded systems, or server platforms.
