RN Resource Nurse Ambulatory - Manchester Urology Nashua - Full Time

Location: Nashua, New Hampshire, United States. Full-time onsite role with a Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. first shift.

What you will do

• Provide direct patient care while serving as an immediate clinical resource for staff in the ambulatory urology unit.
• Oversee shift-based operations, including patient flow, unit tasks, interdisciplinary collaboration, patient satisfaction, issue resolution, and occurrence reporting.
• Guide, coach, and mentor clinical staff, including new staff during their first year after orientation.
• Collaborate with medical staff and the Practice Manager on clinical concerns, staffing, scheduling, and operational issues.
• Support cost-effective use of personnel, equipment, and materials.
• Contribute to shared governance and quality improvement outcomes.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school.
• BSN required, or active enrollment in a BSN program with continued degree completion.
• At least two years of current acute care experience and demonstrated proficiency in nursing practice.
• Registered Nurse license in the state of New Hampshire required.
• Required life support certification appropriate to the patient population, such as BLS or ACLS.
• Specialty certification required within six months of eligibility.
