Associate, Investor Relations, Private Credit

Base salary: $125,000–$155,000 per year, plus discretionary bonus incentives and benefits.

What you will do

• Prepare materials and coordinate inputs for client meetings and investor communications.
• Respond to regular and ad-hoc investor inquiries about portfolio investments and strategy positioning.
• Coordinate materials for LPAC meetings, co-investment opportunities, and other client engagement activities.
• Contribute to fund brochures, talking points, written commentary, and other client-facing materials.
• Track deliverables, timelines, and information requests across investment, reporting, and client group teams.
• Synthesize portfolio, strategy, and market insights into clear investor materials while maintaining end-product quality.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of relevant experience in a client-facing role within institutional asset management.
• Strong interest in markets and leveraged finance, with effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Good judgment when handling investor requests and sensitive client-facing matters.
• Strong project management, teamwork, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
• FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses, or the ability to obtain them within a compressed timeframe.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Finance, Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required.
