ServiceNow Developer (HRSD/ITSM)

What you will do

• Develop and configure ServiceNow HRSD, ITSM, App Engine, and Virtual Agent solutions.
• Implement custom ServiceNow workflows supporting automation, dashboards, and employee experience initiatives.
• Administer the ServiceNow platform, including configuration, user management, access control, releases, and updates.
• Monitor system performance, resolve platform issues, and support day-to-day sustainment.
• Improve operational efficiency, data-driven decision-making, systems integration, and federal human capital service delivery.

Requirements

• 5+ years of ServiceNow administration experience.
• Bachelor's degree in information technology.
• ServiceNow administration and development experience, including HRSD and ITSM.
• Attention to detail, analytical ability, organization, prioritization, and strong written and verbal communication.
• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Visa sponsorship is not available, including H-1B and TN visa sponsorship.
