Senior Manager, IT Vendor Management Office

Location: Cincinnati, Ohio, United States; hybrid schedule required at the Cincinnati General Offices

Salary: $110,000–$165,300 per year, plus bonus if applicable and benefits.

What you will do

• Develop, formalize, and lead strategic relationships with high-risk IT vendors, including managed service providers.
• Align vendor delivery and business requirements with IT direction and operational objectives.
• Monitor vendor performance, financials, relationship health, and progress against defined goals.
• Facilitate communication among vendors, IT leadership, executive teams, internal customers, and business partners.
• Lead issue escalation, dispute resolution, arbitration, and prioritization of business needs.
• Drive adoption of Vendor Management Office services, best practices, resource planning, and incentive structures.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing complex IT contracts and vendor relationships.
• Expertise in vendor governance, service delivery models, pricing strategies, market trends, and continuous improvement.
• Strong negotiation, conflict resolution, mediation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to gather requirements, prioritize work, translate business needs into actionable solutions, and present technical topics to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work from the Cincinnati, Ohio office on a hybrid schedule.
