Business Systems Analyst: Associate Consultant (Graduating Dec. 2026 - Summer 2027)

Location: United States; hiring locations include Atlanta, Charlotte, Columbus, Denver, Reston/DC, Richmond, and Philadelphia. Employees must be available to work onsite at a client location or hirify.global office as requested; remote work is allowed when compatible with client and company needs.

Salary: USD 80,000–84,000 per year, adjusted according to geographic location.

What you will do

• Define and design requirements aligned with client objectives.
• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Conduct data analysis to support informed decision-making.
• Support testing and quality assurance to deliver reliable solutions.
• Facilitate stakeholder training and communications.
• Collaborate with clients and consulting teams across project engagements.

Requirements

• On track to graduate in December 2026 or Spring/Summer 2027 with a bachelor’s degree in Business Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Strong oral and written communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in SQL and/or Python is preferred.
• Familiarity with Agile software development methodology is preferred.
• Applicants must be authorized to work directly for any employer in the United States without visa sponsorship; hirify.global cannot transfer or sponsor a work visa for this position.
• Graduate students are considered only if they entered graduate school directly after undergraduate studies and have no prior full-time work experience.

• Previous project or internship experience in a related technical field.
