Senior Operational Financial Analyst (SAP)

Location: Brampton, Ontario, Canada; primarily office/manufacturing environment with occasional travel required

Pay band: $100,000–$150,000 annually

What you will do

• Provide accurate, relevant, and timely financial reporting and analytical support to Canadian operations and business partners.
• Influence business planning, financial forecasting, value creation, and profitable growth decisions.
• Partner with cross-functional operations teams to optimize network cost savings, streamline processes, and improve business analytics.
• Deliver financial advice and analysis covering actual performance, business plans, and special projects.
• Support continuous improvement, annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and the monthly close process.
• Provide leadership, oversight, and guidance to the operational finance team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with SAP.
• Knowledge of finance, accounting methods, financial tools, strategies, and financial applications.
• Ability to interpret financial and numerical information, communicate complex data clearly, and make compelling recommendations.
• Knowledge of financial asset and liability management, bookkeeping processes, financial statements, and reporting.
