Operations Supervisor – Rincon (Gas Pipelines)

Location: Onsite at the Rincon Compressor Station in Guyton, Georgia; must live within a 45-minute response or travel time of the primary work location. The assigned geographic area includes compressor stations in Rincon, Hilliard, Riceboro, and Brookman in Brunswick, Georgia.

What you will do

• Lead crews across assigned compressor stations and pipeline operating areas.
• Operate, maintain, repair, and service compressors, engines, turbines, pumps, valves, instrumentation, pipelines, and related process equipment.
• Manage safety and environmental programs, regulatory compliance, budgets, documentation, and operational procedures.
• Oversee facility upkeep, pipeline right-of-way maintenance, construction, and maintenance activities performed by third parties.
• Train company and third-party personnel and represent the company with landowners, public officials, emergency officials, and local organizations.
• Respond to emergency situations on a 24/7 basis and participate in safety initiatives.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior supervisory experience or at least five years of experience in the natural gas industry.
• Knowledge of pipeline operations, company procedures, and applicable government regulations.
• Valid driver’s license and a satisfactory driving record.
• Ability to communicate verbally and in writing in English.
• Ability to work outdoors in adverse weather, enter confined spaces, climb elevated platforms and ladders, and lift up to 50 pounds.

• College degree, especially a bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
