Software Integration Engineer (SIE) 3

Location: Bluffdale, Utah, United States; on-site

Salary: $0–$0 per hour, plus eligibility for a $5,000 bonus including a 20% SEP IRA contribution.

What you will do

• Provide customer support for HPC software and keep high-performance computers operational.
• Integrate, install, configure, upgrade, compile, and support COTS/GOTS software.
• Support heterogeneous UNIX, Linux, and Windows systems, desktop applications, servers, and networks.
• Install and support HPC schedulers and resource management software.
• Apply structured troubleshooting and configuration management practices.

Requirements

• United States citizenship and an appropriate security clearance are required.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with an agency-appropriate polygraph is required.
• At least 8 years of demonstrable experience with a degree, or 13 years without a degree, in software integration and support.
• Experience with Linux shell scripting, Python, GCC, object-oriented programming, multithreaded software, and parallel processing.
• Knowledge of CORBA, J2EE, Perl or JavaScript, and configuration management tools.
