What you will do

• Perform technical and analytical tasks in a laboratory environment, including cell culture experiments, data analysis, and documentation.
• Resuscitate, passage, transfect, and culture mammalian cells such as HEK293 and CHO.
• Operate bioreactors and centrifuges, and prepare buffers and reagents.
• Purify recombinant antibodies and proteins using affinity, ion exchange, size exclusion, and other chromatography methods.
• Assess purified proteins using Western blotting and SDS-PAGE.
• Maintain and troubleshoot laboratory equipment, collaborate on technical challenges, and follow laboratory safety procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline, such as life sciences or biological chemistry.
• Familiarity with laboratory equipment and instrumentation.
• Good technical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively.
• Availability to work 8-hour shifts, 5 days per week, with 2 rest days that may not fall on weekends.
