What you will do

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop novel reagents and assays for hirify.global NGS platforms.
• Plan and execute laboratory experiments and activities.
• Communicate experimental results and conclusions to support team decision-making.
• Maintain laboratory and documentation practices, equipment, supplies, and housekeeping standards.

Requirements

• B.Sc. or B.Eng. in life sciences, biochemistry, biochemical or chemical engineering, or an equivalent field.
• 1–2 years of relevant laboratory experience; recent graduates with laboratory experience may also apply.
• Familiarity with quantitative PCR, optical or fluorescence microscopy, electrophoresis, liquid chromatography, activity assays, cell culture, and nucleic acid isolation.
• Strong collaboration, written and verbal communication, adaptability, urgency, and ability to deliver within project timelines.
• Cover letters are preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience with NGS library preparation and NGS workflows, including bioinformatics data processing.
• Experience in biochemical, pharmaceutical, chemical, IVD, or RUO product development.
• Understanding of protein biochemistry, engineering, and structure.
