Senior Production Manager (Manufacturing)

Location: Dover, Delaware, United States; onsite at the Dover Plant

Salary: $120,800–$151,000 per year, plus eligibility for a performance-based bonus

What you will do

• Lead planning, organization, direction, and control of plant operations.
• Oversee food preparation and packaging compliance with GMPs, SOPs, food safety regulations, and hirify.global quality standards.
• Manage production scheduling, labor planning, raw materials, packaging supplies, sanitation, housekeeping, costs, and productivity.
• Implement and maintain the QRMP system and operational standards, including audits, records, reports, and corrective actions.
• Coordinate with Product Development, Suppliers, Engineering, Quality, Product Supply, employees, vendors, and regulators to improve quality and productivity.
• Supervise production staff, support performance management and employee development, and promote safety and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Five years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Five years of progressive leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Food Technology, or a related field is strongly preferred.
• Experience with quality, food safety, productivity, cost control, employee relations, and production operations.
