Process/Manufacturing Engineer (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Support process and equipment development for detector assemblies.
• Perform Design of Experiments to develop and optimize process parameters.
• Coordinate part fabrication and commission and operate process and test equipment.
• Collect data and support diagnosis and troubleshooting of technical issues.
• Work with integrated engineering and operations teams using Six Sigma methodology.

Requirements

• Degree in engineering, mechanical engineering, materials engineering, or chemical engineering.
• Experience machining micron-precision components is very important.
• Experience with data collection.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.

Nice to have

• Chemical engineering or chemical-process background.
• Experience with vacuum casting.
