Central Process Owner (Automotive)

Location: Lisbon, Portugal. Candidates must be legally eligible to work in Portugal and hold a valid residence permit or work visa, Portuguese Tax Identification Number (NIF), and Portuguese Social Security Number (NISS).

What you will do

• Lead development activities under PDP/ADP and maintain engineering documentation.
• Conduct benchmarking, product analysis, and improvement planning.
• Coordinate prototype development from project stage through final product.
• Create and perform production-machine tests, procedures, and test requirements.
• Review production quality and test reports, prepare cost estimates, and contribute data to DFMEA.
• Coordinate with customers, define collaboration directions, and propose improvements to hirify.global systems.

Requirements

• 2–5+ years of professional experience in manufacturing process development, preferably in the automotive or a similar industry.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical field.
• Solid understanding of technical knowledge and design principles.
• Strong analytical, communication, organizational, interpersonal, and time-management skills.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• English proficiency at minimum B2 level and legal eligibility to work in Portugal are required.
