Location: Onsite at the Spacecraft Integration facility in Leander, Texas, United States

What you will do
- Inspect spacecraft components and sub-assemblies, including fluids, avionics, and structural hardware.
- Define and execute inspection programs to verify compliance with design, specification, and testing requirements.
- Document, quarantine, and process non-conforming products and lead containment activities.
- Collect and analyze production data on first-pass yield and non-conformance trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Maintain tool control, calibration, and metrology validation processes while supporting quality and Lean improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in aerospace, military, or manufacturing environments.
- Ability to read technical information, drawings, specifications, GD&T, and quality-control documentation.
- Experience with aerospace quality, military, or government standards.
- Strong verbal and written communication, organization, teamwork, and ability to follow technical instructions.
- Must meet U.S. Government ITAR eligibility requirements: U.S. citizenship, lawful permanent residency, protected-individual status, or eligibility to obtain required U.S. Department of State authorizations.
Nice to have
- Associate degree or higher in quality, engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Experience with aerospace quality standards such as AS9100 or ISO 9001.
- IPC certification and familiarity with NASA-STD-8739.4.
- Experience with spacecraft manufacturing, root-cause analysis, Model-Based Definitions, or cleanroom operations.
