Salary: $83,000–$99,000 per year.

What you will do
- Execute quality control processes for purchased products, manufacturing operations, and customer requirements.
- Inspect parts, assemblies, and finished products using engineering drawings, specifications, approved procedures, and measurement equipment.
- Program, maintain, and operate CMMs, metrology arms, XRF and X-Ray systems, and automated visual inspection equipment.
- Perform equipment and tool calibration, metrology activities, measurement system analysis, and quality data analysis.
- Manage nonconforming material, corrective actions, audit findings, and quality documentation.
- Lead cross-functional issue resolution and continuous improvement using root cause analysis and 8D methodologies.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in manufacturing quality, metrology, and failure analysis.
- Experience in aerospace, electronics, defense, or other regulated manufacturing environments.
- Experience with CMMs, metrology arms, Keyence systems, or similar inspection and measurement equipment.
- Knowledge of calibration systems, metrology practices, AS9100 or ISO 9001 quality management systems.
- Ability to read engineering drawings, CAD models, GD&T, specifications, and detailed work instructions.
- High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree in a technical field is preferred.
Nice to have
- Experience in automotive or medical device manufacturing.
- J-STD-001, IPC-A-610, or IPC/WHMA-A-620 certification.
