What you will do

• Supply the metal production operation with raw materials for component manufacturing.
• Maintain material quality and accurate inventory records.
• Provide high-quality semi-finished products for production.
• Identify bottlenecks and take targeted action within automated workflows.
• Suggest and implement improvements to production processes, efficiency, and quality.

Requirements

• Completed vocational training in machining, industrial mechanics, metalworking, or a comparable field.
• Interest in working with high-quality materials, including stainless steels.
• Ability to understand and work reliably within automated processes and workflows.
• Reliable, independent, and results-focused approach with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Collaborative mindset and motivation to contribute to continuous improvement.

Nice to have

• CNC programming knowledge.
• Experience with SAP in warehouse or inventory management.
