Location: Regen, Germany; onsite, temporary full-time role with rotating three-shift operation

What you will do

• Inspect the cleanliness of precision optical components.
• Clean lens surfaces and perform inspections using measuring tools and instruments.
• Document lens data accurately.
• Coordinate rejected components and defects.
• Participate in control loops and continuous improvement teams.
• Work rotating shifts in a three-shift operation.

Requirements

• Completed training as a precision optician or technical vocational training in metalworking, precision optics, mechanical manufacturing, or a comparable field.
• Comparable practical work experience may also be considered.
• Manual dexterity and clean, precise, structured working habits.
• Strong quality awareness, responsibility, self-motivation, and flexibility.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts and be based onsite in Regen, Germany.
